What is the position?
Overview
As a Client Service Associate, you’ll be the engine behind our client accounts — handling the details of account administration, money movement, and private investments so our advisors and clients can focus on the big picture. This role suits someone who takes pride in precision and can own a task from start to finish.
Responsibilities
1. Account Management
- Open and maintain client investment accounts at our custodian (Schwab) — preparing paperwork accurately and following each request through to completion.
- Execute money and asset movements — wires, journals, and securities transfers — with precision and care on every dollar.
- Grow into day-to-day portfolio management alongside our advisors, including trade preparation, cash and allocation reviews, and keeping account data clean and current.
2. Private Investment Management
- Administer clients’ private investment paperwork — subscription documents, capital calls, and distributions — making sure deadlines are met and funds move on time.
- Track private investment activity across client portfolios, maintaining accurate records of commitments, contributions, valuations, and distributions.
3. Special Projects & Growth
- Take on special client projects such as entity management or retitling, plus hands-on requests such as notary services.
- Partner closely with our advisors and reporting team to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
- Support other client-facing and internal initiatives as they arise.
- If you’re interested, there’s room to grow into financial planning and analysis work that informs client decisions — net worth, cash flow, and scenario analyses.
