What is the position?

Overview

As an Advisor, you’ll own client relationships and act as the fiduciary quarterback across each family’s financial life — integrating tax, estate, and investment strategy and coordinating the CPAs, attorneys, and specialists who execute it. You’ll lead the quarterly advisory rhythm, translate complex situations into clear decisions, and be the trusted voice our clients turn to. This role suits an experienced, credentialed professional who wants deep, long-term relationships over transactional volume.

This is not a sales position.

Responsibilities

1. Client Relationships

  • Serve as trusted advisor and primary point of contact for a book of UHNW client relationships.
  • Lead the quarterly advisory cycle — set agendas, run client meetings, and drive action items through to completion.

2. Integrated Strategy

  • Develop and execute integrated strategy across tax planning, estate planning, and investments for each family. Act as the fiduciary quarterback — coordinating clients’ CPAs, attorneys, and other specialists so the whole plan moves together.
  • Prepare tax and estate projections, and oversee portfolio strategy in partnership with our client service and reporting teams.

3. Leadership & Growth

  • Partner with our client service, reporting, and operations teams to deliver a seamless, high-touch client experience.
  • Contribute to firm growth — onboarding new clients and refining our service model. This role will have the option to support the sales and proposal process, but it is not an expectation.
